Why your matrix is failing.

 Your matrix is failing because you do not have a good
system or team of people working the same goals.

 I am sure you know by now that simply finding 2 referrals
and then stopping, or better yet if you are one of those
people that join a team or a matrix with the idea that
you'll get rich from the teams effort and some magical
spillover.

 If you have been in either of these situations you will
know that it does not happen that way. I would beleive that
97% of you are failing because of this simple fact. You and
your downline are following a failed system.

 How do you correct this to build an active team of thousands
of active members?

 Well you first have to have a system that requires each
team member that joins do the work and when they invite new
people, the new people have to do the same thing and do the
work and never stop.

 By never stop, I mean even after you have got your needed referals
you must continue to help your referrals learn to do the same thing
and offer support to them while they learn as they find there
referrals to make sure they teach them the same thing they learned.

 It does take this much effort. It does not matter what business
you are in. if you can not build a team of like minded active
people that will continue to work long after they have there personal
referrals. I can almost garauntee your failure.

 Either start to build your own team or join a team of active marketers
who continue to work towards a successfull goal.
