new sites

Hi. I just purchased three PTC sites. Two of them are cash sites and the third is currently a profit-sharing site. It has been suggested (and I had considered doing it before) that I change the last one to a regular PTC. Can anyone advise me on how to do that? I have had no earnings from the site and I have people requesting large payouts (over $100). I don't want people to think I don't pay or that I am a scam, but there is no way I can do that. It has been suggested that I give them .50 for $500 and/or a free upgrade for a year. What do you think? Or should I just try to get out of it all together?
