Not Just a PTC Site
This site is high up on Alexa which means good for advertisers and good for clickers!! It was not originally intended to be a PTF site and it still isn't. The PTC part is just one of the 'perks'

How it works
Click on the link to the left 'Click For CASH'
You will see a page with 125x125 banner ads
Click one of the ads
A page will pop up with a bar at the top
In the bar there will be a timer
When the timer counts down a four (4) character code will appear
Type the code in the box, no spaces, all lower case
The system will reveal if you won cash
Close that window (or tab) and move on to another ad
You will win a minimum of one ad point
That point can be used for the 468x60 banner advertising
You can also win multiple points
You can also win Cash
The cash is used towards purchasing a mini or main CAP
Submit a support ticket stating how you want to use your PTC earnings
You DO NOT have to wait to use your PTC cash
You can use any combination of PTC cash, account funds, AP and STP funds
PTC cash can not be used towards cashing out
How it works (More details)
The PYC is set up so that members will win strictly at random. What does this mean? It means that you will not always win cash but you will be awarded a minimum of one point towards the 468x60 banner advertising.
Why do that when traditional PTC sites pay a set amount? It's simple - overall, Cool Caps pay more.
Most traditional PTC sites pay you .0002, .0001 etc and limit the amount of times you can click per day. Example, a site might have you click 100 ads per day for a grand total of .02 for your efforts.
Most traditional PTC sites only allow you click a particular ad once per day.
Most traditional PTC sites are here today gone tomrrow either shutting down before paying their members or transferring ownership and resetting your account balance
With all that said, there are some decent PTC's out there but none that currently does what we do.
We don't restrict earnings to any partucular ad
We don't limit the amount of clicks per day
We don't limit the amount you can earn per day
We provide an opportunity to allow your PTC earnings to grow
We have CAPFlash rounds!
What is a CAPFlash round? CAPFlashes ceom from different avenues. One avenue is member sponsored. This is where a member pays $20 and gets their name and promotional link sent out via our admin email. We announce the member and the time that we will conduct the CAPFlash Round.
During the CAPFlash round, we increase the amount you can earn AND the odds of winning.
Normally a sponsored CAPFlash round is announced well in advance to every member of our site.
There are times we hold an impromptu CAPFlash Round. What this means is, we may decide at any given moment to have a CAPFlash round. These are always announced in the CAP Skype room but not always announced to the entire membership via email. Why?
No one knows, admin may just decide on a whim to do a CAPFlash round right now! By the time the email gets sent to the entire membership and gets read, the CAPFlash is already over. This should clue you in to get into our Skype Chat room now!

Does your online business have a personal touch, or are you just a number? CAP is an awesome advertising program with that personal touch. The CAP Skype room is just like family with even the administrators, Vicki and James, staying in there most of the time. If you have a question, or problem, there is always someone to help you.
My CAP business was started with very few units, but has continued to grow. It was mind boggling when I saw how little money I had put into CAP, but yet how many units I now have, and am making money. This is mostly due to the generosity of the administrators. They either turn up the PTC so we can purchase units, have contests, etc., in which they GIVE AWAY units! You tell me where you find anything like that.

WOOHOO! I cycled Level 4 Main today and as soon as I had set up my subscription, I had $150 in my back office. To celebrate, I bought a couple of ASPs and 2 more BUS passes. I have a few subs coming due in the next couple of days, and so I requested a cashout and the $$$$ were in my account within 45 mins. CAP is GREAT and the ADMINS are AWESOME

had a great day with caps i cycled level 1 mains, then i cycled twice in level one mini caps. in the next day or so i will also cycle level 3 mini caps and earn another 15 dollars.
taking the advice of the team i purchase 5 asp spots today and thanks to vicki and james earned another free asp spot thank you admin for the kindness.
i am building my business as i can when i can. also remember the buss leaves the station soon make sure you have your buss pass.

Another great day caps today with many hundreds of members making money from the mini and main matrix.
Caps is eight months young, and it by far the best program out there.
I joined over 8 months ago and have never looked back.
We have the best caring ADMIN i have ever come across in all my time on the internet.

Another good start in CAP this morning.
I cycled Level 1 ASP. that gave me a reentry back into Level 1.
I also cycled Level 2 ASP, that gave me a reentry back into Level 1
