Not Just a PTC Site
This site is high up on Alexa which means good for advertisers and good for clickers!! It was not originally intended to be a PTF site and it still isn't. The PTC part is just one of the 'perks'

How it works
Click on the link to the left 'Click For CASH'
You will see a page with 125x125 banner ads
Click one of the ads
A page will pop up with a bar at the top
In the bar there will be a timer
When the timer counts down a four (4) character code will appear
Type the code in the box, no spaces, all lower case
The system will reveal if you won cash
Close that window (or tab) and move on to another ad
You will win a minimum of one ad point
That point can be used for the 468x60 banner advertising
You can also win multiple points
You can also win Cash
The cash is used towards purchasing a mini or main CAP
Submit a support ticket stating how you want to use your PTC earnings
You DO NOT have to wait to use your PTC cash
You can use any combination of PTC cash, account funds, AP and STP funds
PTC cash can not be used towards cashing out
How it works (More details)
The PYC is set up so that members will win strictly at random. What does this mean? It means that you will not always win cash but you will be awarded a minimum of one point towards the 468x60 banner advertising.
Why do that when traditional PTC sites pay a set amount? It's simple - overall, Cool Caps pay more.
Most traditional PTC sites pay you .0002, .0001 etc and limit the amount of times you can click per day. Example, a site might have you click 100 ads per day for a grand total of .02 for your efforts.
Most traditional PTC sites only allow you click a particular ad once per day.
Most traditional PTC sites are here today gone tomrrow either shutting down before paying their members or transferring ownership and resetting your account balance
With all that said, there are some decent PTC's out there but none that currently does what we do.
We don't restrict earnings to any partucular ad
We don't limit the amount of clicks per day
We don't limit the amount you can earn per day
We provide an opportunity to allow your PTC earnings to grow
We have CAPFlash rounds!
What is a CAPFlash round? CAPFlashes ceom from different avenues. One avenue is member sponsored. This is where a member pays $20 and gets their name and promotional link sent out via our admin email. We announce the member and the time that we will conduct the CAPFlash Round.
During the CAPFlash round, we increase the amount you can earn AND the odds of winning.
Normally a sponsored CAPFlash round is announced well in advance to every member of our site.
There are times we hold an impromptu CAPFlash Round. What this means is, we may decide at any given moment to have a CAPFlash round. These are always announced in the CAP Skype room but not always announced to the entire membership via email. Why?
No one knows, admin may just decide on a whim to do a CAPFlash round right now! By the time the email gets sent to the entire membership and gets read, the CAPFlash is already over. This should clue you in to get into our Skype Chat room now!

CAP Never Ceases to AMAZE me!! Every Morning during Entries there is so much Perpetual Movement of Money through all of the CAP Plans and so much Excitement in the Skype Room watching everyone that is Cycling. What a Party!! thanks to the bus members are now cycling on a daily , weekly and monthly basis, Caps is my number 1 program i have been a member for over ten months and have seen members paid on a daily basis, i shall cycle an level 3 mains in the next couple of days and move through the other matrix's as well.
Caps Admin are the best i have ever come across and Caps get better every day, the chat room is just great you can get your questions answered and everyone is so friendly.
You can also advertize your business or online program to the other cap members....

great day today got home from work and found 75 dollars in my back office i purchased 2 bus passes and less than an hour later i get told i have cycled an level 3 bus stop that was another 125 dollars and 2 main spots purchased for me ...

In the last 3 weeks i have made over $400 dollars with the bus matrix, which has also helped me cycle the asp main and mini matrix's as well...
Caps is the best program, in fact the only online program that has paid me from day one of its launch over ten months ago.. it works plan and simple ....
Vicki and James are the most honest and hard working Admin team i have ever had the wonderful pleasure of working with, they have walked the extra mile to help the Cap membership...
You can advertise your program to the Cap membership.... and receive advertising revenue as well...
I have even seen some of the Greedy Guru's try to copy Caps and make there own program .... and guess what they could not do it.... so like they do they lead there membership a merry song and dance and left them all high and dry as they always do and sign up at the next best thing and get there membership to join and collect there % and hit and run ....
Caps will still be here in another ten months!!! the only Question is will you still be program hopping or do what i did ten months ago jump in with both feet and stick to one program that works.... Caps ...

WOW!
In addition to all we already had, we now also have sBUS: pay $8 (with AB) or $9.75 (with AP or STP) and earn $16 PLUS an automatic BUS spot after 4 cycles. Eventually there is a compression... and then you cycle before you have to cycle 4 times. If you put back 50% of that $16 you earn, you will keep moving the line and cycling with no more out-of-pocket.... So one more way to earn with CAP... and if you've read the 'how it works' you know that BUS moves everything.
