A better way is to look at their payment user name. I know Indonesia IPs is shared by many because of Neobux tactic, you cant get in to your account if that IP has been during that 24 hour period( have a team member who lives there).

then you need to look if they have signed directly under each other. if they do then you can turn on your suspicious mode on.
