Selling an honest PTC site - Buxination.com

I'm selling Buxination due to lack of time (expecting a baby in a month and need extra job to cover expenses).

The domain is paid until August 2011 I think, and I can provide the hosting for only $8 a month if you don't have a place to host it.

It exceeds 2000 members, it has provided me some good income to help me pay for some offline expenses over the last year. The design was custom made by me, the script is Maderite V4 with almost all the add-ons.

I have always paid my members so far, so it has a reputation of being an honest site. Forum is already setup and included.

I can provide some help and basic training for administration panel for free after purchase if required. And I'm willing to sell it very cheap if you will be purchasing hosting from me. I'm open to any offers.
